Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Converting a schedule, downloading the .ics file and adding events to Google Calendar are free, with no account. There is a daily limit of a few schedules per person.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac, Outlook, and any calendar app that can import an .ics file.
Do you keep my file?
No. Your file, photo, link or text is read in memory, sent to OpenAI to find the events with storage turned off, and then dropped. We never keep its content, only usage numbers such as how many events were found. Privacy
How do time zones work?
We use the time zone written in the schedule. If it does not say, we use your browser's time zone and tell you so. You can change it for all events at once or for a single event.
Does it read scanned PDFs and photos?
Yes. Scanned PDFs and photos work, and straight, well lit photos give the best results. A scanned PDF can have up to 20 pages. From a PDF with text, we read the first 20 pages.
How accurate is it?
AI reads schedules well, but it can misread a date, a year or a time. That is why you see every event before it reaches your calendar, and why rows we are unsure about are marked with the reason.
What is Keep it updated?
A calendar link that updates itself when the schedule changes, with a short email when something moves. We are still building it. You can tell us you want it after converting a schedule.
